Sulawesi - Single Origin Espresso Blend

Sulawesi - a single origin espresso blend - is named after its country of origin, sourced from the Gowa region. It is one of our two main espressos at the shop, grown in prime conditions of fertile volcanic soil, tropical climate, and abundant rainfall. The beans, which are a mix of Typica and S795 varietals, are processed using both washed and natural methods, with innovative drying techniques such as greenhouses to combat the region's high humidity.
