Our current Single Origin Espresso comes to us from Alto El Vipor, one of the highest elevation farms in the famed region of Tarrazu, Costa Rica. The farm is a multi-generational woman-owned production, specializing in experimental processed coffees. This Anaerobic Natural is a stark departure from our house BRAP Blend, and takes fruit forward to a new level. The process involves fermenting the coffee cherries in sealed tanks deprived of oxygen and yields some exceptionally complex fruit and wine flavors in the cup. We've been enjoying it as a straight shot or the base for a Cortado.
